Together with our equine partners, we delve into self-discovery, relationships, emotional expression, understanding needs, regulating emotions, releasing unhelpful patterns, and stepping into personal power.

 

Each session is unique and unfolds organically depending on clients, horses, environment, and goals. Activities may involve observing or interacting with the horses (or donkeys), and engaging in creative and experiential activities.

Our approach allows for spontaneous engagement and respects the wisdom of horses without imposing expectations. These transformative experiences have the potential to bring about profound and lasting change across all aspects of clients' lives.

All EAL sessions are outdoors, promoting a sense of freedom, which encourages clients to explore themselves openly and deeply.
