Working with horses as partners involves engaging in activities and interactions to foster personal growth, self-awareness, and skill development. Horses are regarded as powerful teachers and mirrors of human emotions and behaviors. By observing and engaging with horses, individuals can gain insights into their own communication styles, emotions, and relationships. Through various activities, individuals can improve awareness, develop trust, establish clear boundaries, improve non-verbal communication, and enhance their leadership and emotional intelligence skills. Working with horses as partners offers a unique and impactful learning experience that can have profound effects on personal and professional development.
